Every year Cabaret aims to raise money for two charities, that have been chosen by members of the company. Check back to this page in a few weeks to see what songs and dances you can expect from our talented troop of cabaret performers. It's always a night of fun and enjoyment, and shouldn't be missed. Every year we raise over £1,000 for our chosen charities, an amount we're always looking to beat!
MIND is a mental health charity. They provide advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem. They campaign to improve services, raise awareness and promote understanding of mental health. With one in four people experiencing a mental health issue at any point in their life, MIND aims to help make choices about treatment, understand rights or reach out to sources of support.
The University College Hospital Cancer Fund is one of the leading cancer specialist hospitals in North London. They provide enhanced services over and above what the NHS funds for haematology, oncology and red cell patients. Their vision is to make a difference to all cancer patients by investing in projects that enhance those patients and carers experiences, whilst advancing their services through funding additional medical equipment and staff training.
